  • Full name, email address, and phone number
  • City of residence
  • Years of hospitality experience and specific roles
  • Availability (full time or part time) and preferred start date
  • Preferred language (English or Spanish)

We also automatically collect certain technical and attribution information when you visit this page:

  • IP address and browser or device information (user agent)
  • The URL of the page you arrived from (referrer) and the URL of this page
  • Advertising identifiers including UTM parameters, the Facebook Click ID (fbclid), and Meta Pixel cookie values (_fbp, _fbc), where present

2. How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used exclusively by Dynamic Associates to evaluate your application and contact you about job opportunities that match your experience and availability. We will only reach out to you via the contact details you provide.

Technical and attribution data is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns so we can understand how applicants find us. This data is not used to make hiring decisions and is not shared with prospective employers.

We do not use your information for automated profiling or decision-making.

3. We Will Never Sell Your Data

Dynamic Associates will never sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. Your data exists solely to facilitate our ability to connect you with relevant employment opportunities.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising measurement tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel places cookies in your browser (_fbp and _fbc) that help us measure how many people who see our ads on Facebook or Instagram go on to submit an application.

The Meta Pixel collects information such as your browser type, the pages you visit, and actions you take on this site (such as starting or completing the form). This information is sent to Meta and is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.

This website also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile analyzes browser and device signals (such as your IP address, user agent, and interaction patterns) to distinguish human visitors from automated bots. This processing happens in the background and requires no action from you. It is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Most browsers allow you to control or disable cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of this site.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with outside companies for their own commercial purposes. However, we do transmit certain data to the following service providers in order to operate this website:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc.— When you submit our form, we send hashed (one-way encrypted) versions of your name, email address, phone number, and city to Meta via their Conversions API. This is used solely to attribute form submissions to our advertising campaigns and improve ad measurement accuracy. Hashed data cannot be reversed to recover the original values. This processing is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
  • Neon / PostgreSQL — Your submission data is stored in a secure, hosted database to allow us to review and respond to applications.
  • Resend — We use Resend to send internal notification emails to our team when a new application is received. Your information is included in these internal notifications but is not used by Resend for any other purpose.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — When you load or submit this form, certain browser and device signals are processed by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated spam submissions. Cloudflare does not receive your form data (name, email, phone, etc.) — only the technical signals needed to verify you are a human visitor.

We may also disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights or safety of Dynamic Associates or others.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. If you would like your information removed from our records, you may contact us at any time using the details below.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, including encrypted database storage and the use of one-way hashing before any personal data is transmitted to third-party advertising platforms. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us directly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our form after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, please contact Dynamic Associates directly.
